Shop Update

Dear Customer,

Since July 1, 2026, Canada Post has temporarily suspended the acceptance of parcels to France (as well as several other European Union countries). This decision is related to new European Union customs regulations and is not due to any issue specific to France.

The main reasons are:

The European Union now requires a €3 customs fee per item, in addition to import VAT.
New compliance requirements now require much more detailed information for each item being shipped, including a detailed description, value, customs data, and other documentation.
Canada Post's systems are not yet fully adapted to meet these new requirements for certain EU countries. Until a compliant solution is implemented, parcel shipments to several countries, including France, have been temporarily suspended.

At this time, the affected countries include:

France
Germany
Belgium
Austria
Denmark
Finland
Luxembourg
Portugal
Czech Republic

(as well as a few other countries, depending on Canada Post's latest updates).

Until Canada Post implements a system that complies with the new European regulations, the only option is to use another carrier such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Unfortunately, this results in significantly higher shipping costs.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued trust in our company.

Thank you,

Michel

Best regards, The Team

Mise à jour de la boutique

Cher client,

Michel

Cordialement, L’équipe
