Since July 1, 2026, Canada Post has temporarily suspended the acceptance of parcels to France (as well as several other European Union countries). This decision is related to new European Union customs regulations and is not due to any issue specific to France.

Until Canada Post implements a system that complies with the new European regulations, the only option is to use another carrier such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Unfortunately, this results in significantly higher shipping costs.
